Hello,
Hope everybody is well and staying healthy out there.
When we get returns back, we sell some clothing items and of course there are going to be returns.
Is there a way to look and see who paid for the return?
I am asking, because sometimes the buyer will abuse the return program and click on item damaged when the item was not damaged and it was just a wrong size. I know this because they will email us and ask if they can send it back because the item does not fit, or they don't like the color, but then when they return it, they click on damaged so we have to pay for the return shipping label?
Just basically want to know how to know who paid for the return, so we can start monitoring this.
And also how do we report this abuse?
THANK YOU VERY MUCH!
Stay safe out there.

You will know who pays shipping by the reason listed on the Return request. The seller will pay return shipping for all but buyer's a remorse reason. After a Return, you can report the buyer for abusing the MBG, if you feel it to be so.
