The last couple of times I had to return an item on Ebay, the shipping label would not print. Only the return slip. I was hitting the blue print button at the bottom, selecting my printer and only the return slip would print. Nothing I tried worked. Finally, I tried hitting the two arrows above the label to the left (that look like this ">>"). An option to print came up and when I selected that, the label finally printed. I wish Ebay would fix this. This first time I had to return some small item, I couldn't figure it out, so I just cancelled the return and left bad feedback.
