I opened a return request, I think I selected it had missing parts. If I use the prepaid shipping label Ebay sends will the package be insured? Or will I have to send it insured with my own label and therefore pay the return shipping and insurance?
Just a follow up the seller offered a partial refund on this item. I told him it was OK, however it looks like he already approved the return and he is telling me that it will only allow him to refund everything. He is suggesting that I cancel the return or give him my Paypal address so he can give the partial refund. I don't think I'm allowed to give contact information over the system so I don't want to do that. If I cancel the return and he doesn't pay, will I have any other recourse through Ebay against him?
