Hello,
A seller opened a case stating that the return was not shipped. Ebay closed the case within a few hours in the sellers favor. However I do have proof that the items were shipped and delivered within the return window (I have the tracking numbers for the packages).
When i try to appeal the case, i am given a ph number and a 1 time code. When i choose the transaction i just get an automated message saying that this case was ruled in the favor of the seller and thats it. No way to escalate to a human.
So how do i actually appeal the case and provide the evidence i have?

Quiet briefly. Take it up with PayPal and present your evidence to them.

open a case at Paypal, and provide the tracking numbers.
