Hello : Is there a way to go to the USPS web site (or eBay) and just enter all your Tracking numbers (labels paid and created on ebay) and create the USPS One-Scan Manifest? My post office has become real strict on demanding a Manifest (one scan for all boxes) on more the 2-3 boxes. I get around it by doing individual "acceptance scans" in the lobby at the Kiosk machine. But at times the Kiosk is broken and I'm forced to get scans at the counter and they yell at me for not having a Manifest! In this situation I don't think there is any way I can create a Manifest after the fact? Plus, ebay's Bulk shipping doesn't work well for me. They are very nasty and I get the speech about lack of help due to COVID....Thanks for any help.

Go to this link on eBay to generate a scan sheet @realgoodvintagestuff. You can access it any time by going to the bulk shipping label page and at the top click on SCAN forms, or bookmark the link for quick access.

As far as I know you still have to use Bulk Shipping on eBay, then you have access to the scan form as wastingtime101 provided the link for.
It will not populate onto that forum unless you use Bulk Shipping. I know... we don't like the bulk shipping option much either, but like you also have to bring a scan form to the post office for the amount of items we bring. To our knowledge this is still the only way to get a scan form here on eBay.

This won't work with Postage Labels that have already been printed. I don't think there is anyway to do what I want on the ebay site. I prefer to do each label individually. I then scan each box at a KIOSK machine at my Local Post office. No Manifest is needed since I'm doing the "acceptance scan" myself. The problem comes about when the KIOSK machine is broken and I need to take the packages to the counter. They insist on a Manifest. I'm looking for a way to create a Manifest using a group of tracking numbers on "already printed labels", after all that's all it is, is a single scan for a group of tracking numbers. Thanks for your input though! Dave

Yes, it does. I tested it before posting it. It showed labels I had printed that day but didn't get scanned in yet. As the above poster said, it's limited to labels purchased through bulk shipping which is why it's not working for you.
If this is an ongoing issue for you, then you can use another service for purchasing your labels like pirateship.com - they'll synch with your eBay orders and you can print a cumulative scan sheet there at the end of the day.

Do you know if USPS offers anything that allows you to create a Manifest from "already printed Labels"? Looking for a way to create a manifest using the tracking numbers off all the boxes to create a single scan manifest. I Only need it when my local PO's KIOSK machine is down and I can't scan each box myself. Thanks Dave
