Anyone who has a Return Switcharoo, Return fraud, needs to file IC3 report

ALL SELLERS NEED TO DO THIS.  THIS WILL KEEP TRACK OF ALL BUYERS DOING THE RETURN FRAUD. THIS IS DIRECTLY TO FBI INTERNET CRIMES.  POLICE STATIONS USE THIS TO REPORT IT AND ALL SELLERS NEED TO AS WELL.  IF IT HAPPENS TO YOU, IIM SURE IT HAPPENS TO MANY.  THERE ARE TEAMS OF PEOPLE DOING THIS, THEY ALL GET CAUGHT IF REPORTED AND TRACKED.  PLEASE REPORT THEM

You can do that, but my guess is that it would take a massive number of reports to cause the FBI to take action.   In my opinion, reporting to ic3 is only used to develop statistics.  If you read the IC3 reports, it is lots of statistics based on thousands and thousands of reports, and maybe 10 investigations that only targeted million dollar operations (not little individuals).

But, if a seller is looking for an effect or punishment on a buyer, then it is most beneficial for sellers on eBay to report abusive buyers to eBay ... if enough reports are levied against a buyer, then the buyer loses their ability to use the Money Back Guarantee or they might lose their buying privileges.
