Anyone using a new shipping service called Sendle?

Just got an email from Easy Ship about a new service called Sendle. Wondering if anyone used them or had positive/negative things to say about the service?

I don't think anyone with a new product ever has a meeting anymore where they ask the assembled, "Does anyone think this name might be a bad idea for any reason?"

Yep. They made it look as though they were a new shipping carrier. As I looked into it more, this is just another intermediary service, like Pirate Ship (I do like how simple Pirate Ship is). Sendle apparently only wants you going with USPS, which doesn't work so well with 70% of car parts I sell that go UPS or Fedex.

I honestly don't know how these companies can create something that someone else is already doing just fine.

Many startups that appear to have a new (or slightly new) way of doing things are little more than acquisition-bait designed to enrich the founders when sold to the competition.

Sendle is available over here in Au, but most sellers will not use it, it is not a shipping company it is a broker for shipping company's and they choose the cheapest, which sounds great, but you get what you pay for -  and tracking can be a nightmare.

Maybe it is a different version in the US Sendle? but persoanlly I would give it a very wide berth.

I am not sure what is going on with Sendle and eBay behind the scenes. They are up to 100% slower than Australia Post, and have very poor tracking integrity. The last parcel I ordered within Australia took 16 days. For my money I will stay with Australia Post. Maybe eBay should go home and rethink their life.
