Anyone know what this means?

A buyer is doing a remorse return. She sent me tracking. This is what it shows. I asked her if she knows what is going on and did not get an answer.return.png

Return service labels aren't paid for like a regular label is. They are bulk billed to the issuer, which would be Ebay. For a remorse return, Ebay bills the buyer. For other returns, Ebay bills the seller.

The easier you are to offend the easier you are to control.

Yes, the buyer would pay the money to eBay. eBay pays post office. Maybe my post wasn't clear. I was addressing why it said on the label "no postage due". It's because the buyer doesn't pay the post office directly.

Thank you all for the help. My mail carrier said this is the 3rd time this week people have mentioned strange tracking.
