Anyone having issues with Bulk Printing? Not fitting the label properly? Weird work around found...

So, since last Monday, we cannot print bulk labels the usual way and it's very annoying. They will not fit the 4x6 page no matter what we do. We had changed absolutely nothing, just all of a sudden on Monday it didn't work correctly. But here is the weird part: We will print in bulk, but they appear wrong, not formatted correctly. So we print the scan form as usual, which works fine, then we go to the shipping label page and select the first individual item and click "reprint label".  At this point it brings up ALL the labels in that recent bulk batch, not just the individual label like it should. We then click print and it prints the whole batch just fine. This is weird, this has to be on Ebay's side right?

What OS and browser are you using?

Are you sure the label preview is opening with Adobe?

Thanks. I commented on your solution to someone else's post only to just now discover that THAT was also our same issue. I feel a bit dumb as I know my way around Ebay pretty well. Not sure how that got changed, didn't even know that you could change it from that screen actually. But it was switched to " letter " on the bulk screen instead of 4" x 6". I'm the only shipper so I know I didn't change it. It also doesn't explain why when I go to reprint one individual label it reprints the whole batch.

Ebay changes and glitches have been playing havoc with shipping for many over the last few months.

When it goes down a good back up to have in place is a free PirateShip account, which integrates directly with ebay.

We cannot print anymore the way it used to be...yes I go to shipping label options then click reprint labels and here's the bulk shipping..........but a day ago i cannot print anymore in bulk printing....what I did now is manually printing one by one which is taking time to print manually....is there anyone there can help me pls?  Thanks.

What exactly is happening when you try to use bulk printing?

Does it charge for the label, but not print the first time, or does it just not work for reprinting?

What OS, browser, and printer model are you using?

same problem after like a year. I've just been printing manually and it brings it up fine that way. I miss bulk printing! It pops up sideways and no matter what you do on layout it wont fix it.

Make sure you have the correct label size set @river-edge-supply as a lot of sellers reported that bulk shipping setting of 4x6 labels was changed with an eBay update to 8x11.

If the problem is not with label size, but is instead with adjusting your print settings, then set your browser to open PDF files with Adobe instead of your browser's built-in reader. That solves most label printing issues. A lot of users have reported problems with Microsoft Edge the past couple weeks.

This suddenly started happening to me about a week ago. Instead of individual 4x6, I get sheets with 2 per page. I'm going to try this and report back! It's been bugging the crap out of me.

Yes, someone made a change somewhere.  Bulk labels are not formatted correctly.  They print mini on my labels.  I cant find settings for this anywhere.  Printing single labels works fine.  I have been printing bulk labels perfectly for a long time(years).  All of a sudden they do not work.  Very aggravating.
