SECOND time being scammed by FedEx... WHY is eBay allowing this?

The first time I was overcharged $60. This time $31. There is NO way the item I shipped would cost $60. eBay NEEDS to do something about this. Anyone else currently having issues with FedEx overcharging on the back end? Anything on a class action lawsuit or investigation? @antique_underground  Thanks!

Might be able to help.  Can you post the details of your shipment charges on (a) the notice you received of the adjustment, with origin and destination zips and (b) the breakdown that you should be able to see on the postage page (click or hover over the FedEx charge).

Also, did you ship in a rectangular cardboard box sealed with packaging tape?  If not, what was the exterior packaging that you used?

Ebay doesn't run FedEx so don't know what you think they would be able to do.

It's nothing new, FedEx has been doing it as long as I've been here and sellers still use them.

Have a great day.

Fed EX hits you with a dimensional weight charge if you are shipping very big boxes. It has nothing to do with the actual weight of the package it has to do with how much SPACE that package takes up in their trucks and planes. That might have been the culprit. You have to figure the dimensional weight in.

Post a screenshot of the adjustment details @beautyproducts4muchless but black out the buyer's name.

Make sure you expand the section on the bottom right that says "see cost breakdown" as shown below.

They also have a BIG list of surcharges for specific things, rural delivery is one of them. Look at all their surcharges before you buy the label.

Probably they are not reviewing their list of SURCHARGES. They OPERATE MUCH differently than USPS at times.

When you use FED EX I believe Ebay has a page for you to go to from FED EX to review their surcharges.

I appreciate the response, but I don't even know if I can find it now. I'm trying to remember the shipment. I know they said it weighed a lot more than it did, which both times it happened that didn't check out at all.
