This month I found "Shipping Overdue" on two sold items. However, these items were NOT flagged in my "TASKS" column as "Awaiting Shipment" OR "Overdue Shipment". The only way I luckily found these items was because I was sorting my "Awaiting Shipment" items by brand name in the "Title" field of items to be shipped. I tried to see if I had some notification off but cannot find it. Anyone else have this happen? Maybe others are having this problem but are unaware and do not realize it.
