Anyone else having problems with eBay under $20 shipping? Seems those items/packages are not making it to destinations. USPS won't scan them in. Says they do not have scan, so how can they be shown as "delivered'? Also refunded $ when buyer says it has been 2+ weeks, I refund, and when I do they get it the 3rd week?? Shouldn't eBay track this and then "reverse" the refund when item does show, especially on this new shipping??

The problem is your post office. Mine always scans and I have never had a problem regardless of the amount of the postafe.

You need to take this up with your postmaster.
