Anyone else having a problem purchasing shipping labels for USPS?

I have several auctions I need to ship (both USPS Ground Advantage and Flat Rate Padded Envelope) and every time I try and purchase a label I get the following error.  I have tried changing the dimensions several times but nothing works.  Help!!

never mind, this can be closed.  the reason i was getting an error is I was trying to use ebay funds to pay for it, not realizing ebay had already sent the payout for the items!
