Hello,
I sold a thing here on eBay and paid around 30€ for priority shipping. I shipped it on march 16th and my tracking says it's on its way to destination country on march 19th. Nothing has changed in almost a month and I can't find out where the package is from my shipping provider and my buyer is panicking. Has anyone else had a similar problem and what was the cause? I thought maybe the package is stuck in destination country customs or something but I don't really have a clue at all.
Also, if the buyer claims a refund, will I get the selling fee amount back from eBay?
