The last 4 packages I mailed priority mail ( over the last 90 days) all took up to 10 days to reach their destination. Two of them never once had their tracking information updated in the system ( but they were delivered). Am I just unlucky, or are other sellers experiencing problems with USPS? The only reason I don't use FedEx is because its much more expensive, but they're more reliable. I might switch to FedEx. Today I'm launching yet another search for a package that is very late

You can use "time away" for up to 15 days. If conditions have not improved, do it again.

Yes. As a seller AND as a buyer. I deal in media mail. Don't know if it's worse than other categories. Can we thank Louis DeJoy?

I'm also having problems with delays or no scanning at all. I shipped a package on Dec. 14 and it has not been scanned at all, not even at the local post office. I've called twice to ask what happened and the post master told me they aren't scanning any pickups anymore.
I've emailed the buyer and explained what's going on and they were understanding, but I'm beginning to think it's been lost somewhere and I'll never find out what happened, plus I'll have an unhappy customer through no fault of my own

Yes, we can.
UPS and FedEx are experiencing delays also. All of my outgoing "2 Day Priority" packages have taken a week to 10 days, and I have 16 incoming USPS packages that are over a week late, getting stuck at hubs for days and days, and another 5 FedEx/ UPS packages that are late. I have four international postage parcels from Germany that are at 8 weeks now. UPS international from Europe is blowing right past everyone- 4 to 7 days to arrive! To add insult to injury, FROM Europe is about 1/3 the price and lightning fast as opposed to going TO Europe.
A "shipstorm" is an apt description. Never seen it like this. We're suddenly back to the "allow 4 to 6 weeks for delivery" industry standards of the 1960s, it seems.

I’m experiencing the same thing. Tracking is either stalled or goes backward or not being updated. INR cases are being opened. The buyers may actually have received their items but taking advantage of this mess to get free items. I’m disgusted from the whole situation and will put my items “ on time away”... eBay needs to take a painful dent if we want things to improve.
