Any GSP users experiencing this?

I use GSP for all my listings.  

On all my listings under shipping it says ...

Ships to:

United States and many other countries | See details

The other day i came across one of my lisings that said...

Ships to:

United States and Country Name, Country Name, Country Name, Country Name, Country Name, Country Name, Country Name, Country Name, Country Name, Country Name, etc. 

I went to revise the listing, un-checked GSP, re-checked GSP and enetred the changes. It came back without all the country names.

Is this a glitch?  Did i do something wrong? Has anyone elese ever experienced this?

Due to covid-19 there are several countries which GSP are currently not shipping to. There are notices of this on eBay. This may be a reason why specific countries are not being listed. I had to cancel a sale to Russia because GSP would not ship it there and I wasn't about to ship it myself during this crisis.

It doesn't have a list of countries.  I wonder why?   Ill try to log out and look at it.

I logged out and tried to view it. It still does not have a list of countries.

May i ask what listing you got that from?

I used that link you are supplying in your post.  Takes me to your " HUSQVARNA® "How to work with a chainsaw" DVD NEW! " listing.  I am using Firefox and Chrome on Windows 7 64-Bit.

Have you tried it in either a private window or by clearing your cache and cookies?  If possible include a screenshot as I may be misunderstanding the issue.

Perhaps I am misunderstanding what you are saying but I have never seen a list of countries there in that part of the listing. If you click on details or scroll down and click on shipping details, you'll see a list of countries which is what the other poster has a screenshot of.
