Anyone else experiencing this nonsense this morning.
Go to print a label, get the error message "Something went wrong, can't generate label."
Then go to the help screen to contact or be contacted by an agent and the automated "assistant" if we can call it that, is busted and you can't click between contact us, or we contact you.
So here I am. Can't even say I need help because whoever keeps screwing with the eBay interface won't stop deleting important code for elsewhere. Insane to me a BILLION dollar platform has something as simple as it being impossible to contact help.
Meanwhile, I'm just going to wait for the next "Late Shipment" ding from eBay even though my mailman literally picks up and scans 6 days a week as I inch closer to "Above Standard" rating and lose my discounts aka lose my will to sell on eBay.
TECH SUPPORT - Instead of adding another feature so you can ask us for more money in the way of CPC ads, a hugely scummy move since you're getting 12% plus and holding our money for days to make "loans," how about you fix the **bleep** site and the little things like this? Or even delete those pages that are illegal by Google standards (can't wait for that spider to crawl around and then our listings be shown even less) or for heaven's sake, just take a couple bucks, hire some legit tech people, and clean this outhouse of a platform up please.
