Have a buyer who provided an insufficient address. Sure enough , USPS returned it. Contacted the buyer and explained the situation, letting them know that they can pay to have it reshipped or receive a partial refund, their choice. Buyer then tries to blame me! I asked buyer to look at the original paypal transaction and showed them the returned mailpiece with the address label..both addresses match of course. So then they agree to the reship cost. Send them a bill, which they claim to have paid, but told them "no, its still showing as unpaid". I'm giving them a few more days then doing the partial refund. Already spoke to eBay CS who filed a report on this buyer because of their shenagigans. And what do you know, their feedback has some colorful soft positives too.
