Hello All,
Sorry if this is common knowledge, but I'm fairly new to eBay. Recently I bought a signed Aaron Rodgers jersey on eBay. The seller claimed that it was a signed Aaron Rodgers Jersey with a COA (Certificate of Authenticity). However, when I got it in the mail today I noticed something weird. It came with a Schwartz Sports COA (which is fine), but the hologram doesn't match anything on their website, and it doesn't even look like a legit Schwarts Sports hologram. When I go to http://www.schwartzsportsauthentic.com/ and try to verify it, it states " Invalid Hologram Number". I've tried scouring the internet to find what COA it belongs to, but have had no luck. So basically I think I got a fake. Am I able to request a return based on this?
Thanks in advance.

Just open an item not as described case. As far as youre concerned, it isnt what was described in the listing

or, in addition to what the other poster said, the reason for the refund can be 'doesn't seem authentic'

I don't know if your item is authentic or not.
Does the seller specialize in signed jerseys ?
IMO , Seller should have researched the COA prior to listing this item for purchase.

I would reach out to Schwartz Sports. I believe they are located in Chicago. I’m sure they will let you know what they think.
