I offer free shipping in the U.S. and it includes priority, ground, media BUT eBay has changed it all to Ebay International shipping.

Are you talking about International (and you don't want to deal with it?)

If so, just "opt-out" of the Ebay International Service program:

If top line says 'Enrolled" just Opt Out

Are you sure you didn't change your location to an international one so the ones displayed to you are international?

As @robbie31415  suggested, your location must be showing as if you were a buyer in a different country.   When looking at any listing, scroll down to the shipping and payment tab and click on it. It will show you which country that shipping cost/service is for. You can change your location back to the US there.
