I bought a false product on eBay. Have contacted eBay customer service many times. The seller’s attitude was terrible. He refused to admit his mistake. I bought an old thing on eBay and was cheated. The picture is real. The photos I took immediately after receiving the product within two hours. eBay can verify this. My appeal is that the seller is responsible for all postage for the return! Instead of making me bear the return shipping costs. And guarantee that this will not happen in the future! Honesty and trustworthiness are the way to do things. Refusing to admit and cheating constantly will make people angry! I don't care about dozens of dollars, I care more about justice! Everyone can shop with confidence and safety on eBay.

If it's been 30 days or less since it was delivered, go to the resolution center and file an item not as described case. Link to it is at bottom of page. The seller will have to pay for it's return if they want it back.

Did you file an item not as described case? If so, the seller will have pay for and send you a shipping label. Upon receipt of the item back, they will have to refund you in full. Have you read the money back guarantee?

If you file a not as described case, the seller is responsible for the return shipping. Stop yammering with the seller and exercise your money back guarantee rights. The MBG is posted on practically every single item sold on Ebay. You have thirty days from the delivery date to file. Do it now.

Thank you for your concern! I bought new goods, and sent me second-hand goods. At present, the seller has opened a return application and asked me to ship the product from the United States to Poland! But I can’t agree...The customer service also informed me that the seller refused the return shipping fee... I have been looking for customer service many times, and the customer service has never responded to me for three consecutive days...

Look at the 'return case' you opened in the 'resolution center'... you can 'escalate' on day 4 by having 'ebay step in'.. they will move the case along, seller does not respond with paying for label (they would have to send you the $ via {Paypal) as buyers can not get labels from other countries.. then ebay will just 'refund' you.
You are not going to change this sellers way of doing business.. if they advertise new and send used, they will be removed as a seller eventually.

This may be expensive shipping, I don’t agree... The customer service department has notified me that the seller refuses to refund the shipping cost... I have been looking for the customer service department, and there is no reply for three days...

Again- in the 'case' that you opened, there will be a button there to 'escalate' or an underlined 'have ebay step in. It will be there usually after 4 days.

I took the photo immediately after receiving the product) I want to get a free return, the seller does not agree, let me pay the postage Ship from the US to Poland! Can I still shop safely on eBay in the future? A few dozen dollars is not much, integrity is very important! thank you for your concern

You needed to open a not as described case. Just what kind of case did you open?

I think that ebay should do more vetting of sellers on its platform. If a seller repeatedly sends items that don't work or are not as described, they should be banned from ebay. Steps should be taken to ensure that they don't simply open another account after being banned. The ban should be based on the sellers name , address and bank account.

They do. Users find ways around such.

Sorry, some of us don't know how eBay works, but we still try to help. You are stalled, the deadline is counting down, but you will never see a button to ask eBay to step in.
Instead, send a private message with your name, email, and zip code to eBay at Facebook or Twitter and tell eBay the seller has not arranged for return shipping.

@zhizh2376 On your profile you say you are located in the United States. I am guessing that you used a package forwarding service to send the item to Poland.
Forwarding a package can void the ebay money back guarantee.
If the seller had shipped directly to you in Poland then the seller would have to pay return shipping.
The seller is only responsible for paying return shipping from the location they shipped to.
I am sorry that you had a bad seller. In the future, I suggest you just buy from sellers that will ship directly to you in Poland so that you are covered by the ebay money-back guarantee.
