Advice on eye shadow.

On July 25 I sold 8 containers of eyeshadow for 16 dollars and free shipping.   I had a 30 day free return policy.  The buyer left a very positive review

Today I got an email from the buyer claiming that she just opened the first product and it’s dried  out.

I had this product for 3 months on eBay before it was sold and store it in a bag in my house.   Since there is no exp date I don’t know how long it was on market before I bought it.

My question is after 48 days and a positive review can she file a claim saying product is defective?   My inclination is to offer her a partial refund.  How large depends on whether she can still file a claim......   thanks

Re: Advice on eye shadow.

The money back guarantee is over, it's past your return policy. The only way she can get refunded is paypal 180 days or her charge card. If she files a return you do not have to accept it.
