Account Help! & Shipping New member

Hello everyone!

So I am fairly new to eBay selling. I have been doing it for about 9 months now and am still learning as I go. My seller account is now below average. Due to 3 cases being closed while my account was under suspension. I had no control in handling the cases and eBay says it’s too far gone to do anything. My issue now arises with my funds being held in PayPal. The reason this is an issue is because all my buyers pay me shipping. And I can’t access any of the money I receive. It’s extremely frustrating because I don’t have endless amounts of money to be paying the shipping. Any information and wisdom would be great! Thank you so much in advance. I tried contacting eBay numerous times and have not come up with any solutions.

Are you sure that you were suspended? Because if you were suspended you wouldn't be able to have 100 listings up, like you do now.

If you're talking about the 21-day hold on funds for new sellers, you should be able to access enough to pay for shipping.
