Just a bit of unsolicited advice on SpeedPAK.
eBay’s official partnership with Orange Connex to use their SpeekPAK shipping service is the worst thing for eBay buyers and best thing that’s ever happened to AliExpress.
I ordered several items at the same time from AliExpress and eBay. The sellers on both platforms were located in the same part of China.
I received the items I bought from AliExpress in 8-10 days from date of purchase. It’s been 16 days, and I’m still waiting for my eBay item, with no sign I’ll get it anytime soon.
It took 10 days for my item to leave China. Then, it sat in a NY warehouse in the US, 20 miles from me, for several days. It’s been in the US for two weeks. The latest tracking shows it is now in Indiana for some reason and is still with a USPS partner carrier. USPS hasn’t take possession yet.
To date, There is no real indication of when I’ll actually receive my purchase.
Avoid buying anything with Orange Connex SpeedPAK shipping. ePacket is far, far more reliable and much faster.
More dumb decisions by eBay. No wonder Amazon and Alibaba / AliExpress are so popular.

Same happened to me and I'm interested if you have received the package? I sent an email to the seller and have not heard anything. I called USPS and I was told that this has been an ongoing issue with packages coming from China. It may seem that the person or persons responsible for placing the shipping labels on the packages are mixing up the addresses. I can only assume that but I really hope this gets resolved quickly and please give us an update.
Thank you

I am going through the same thing with eBay my package was in Essex,Maryland at 8 am yesterday the 29th of July and they are trying to say they made a attempt to delivery my package at 10am when I live in Millsboro,Delaware which is impossible for them to deliver my package it's at least 4 hours away plus I was home all day yesterday because I am disabled and can't go anywhere. EBay refuses to refund my money until July 15th the last day of the estimated time frame. Which is B.S because they said they tried to deliver it yesterday. What a scam and eBay is allowing this to happen I quess they only care about the sellers not the buyers.

Just a contest back and forth. I would like to actually get the items. Ebay says just wait til they are past the projected delivery date and then what. It's been two months now...................Anyone have feedback?

Back when you purchased the item @tarno_eri the eBay policy said:
When a buyer doesn't receive an item
If a buyer doesn't receive an item, the buyer needs to submit a request WITHIN THE EBAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE TIMELINES to report that the item hasn't arrived.
What happens if the seller doesn't respond or won't give me a refund?
Under eBay Money Back Guarantee, the seller has 3 business days to resolve your issue. If you can't come to an agreement, you can ask us to step in and help. We'll review the details of your case and make a decision within 48 hours.
Has that timeline somehow changed for you now?

This is verbatim what is happening to me. I was expecting two shipments via Speedpak (Orange Connex). Both were marked as delivered at separate times, both unusual for my USPS delivery person. Camera footage shows no activity at those times. I didn’t receive anything. I waited a week to see if they showed up but they did not. It’s possible they were mislabeled and delivered to other addresses in my city. Or there’s some huge scam going on and they have infiltrated USPS tracking. Now how will I get my money back with a delivered tracking number??

The common advice here is to start an Item Not Received refund request. You'll lose and be unable to leave feedback / feedback already left will be removed because your seller has tracking showing delivered to your city or zipcode.
Then the follow-up advice is to get an official statement from the carrier which states that the tracking number was not labeled with your address, but instead with another, undisclosed address, then to file an appeal with that statement to get a courtesy refund paid by eBay whilst your seller keeps your payment.
You get: A courtesy refund
Your seller gets: Away

I've been waiting for a month, for an item that shows are "delivered" and never was.. nobody knows where it is..
if your item doesn't show up within a month.. demand a refund from Ebay and do a credit card charge back, if Ebay / Paypal refuses.. maybe then, they will learn a lesson..

If I were you, I would file an item not received case. It's been over 3 months and you still haven't received it? You are eventually going to run out of time and if the product never arrives, you will be out of both the product and your money because of the window of time that ebay allows you to file a case.
I would open a case just to be safe...

The problem for the most part is that you don't know until the package is shipped what service the seller used. Most sellers don't put this information in the listing. I have received most of my Orange Connex packages but I also have had one show up 4 months later. Really bad for the seller because they would have had to refund their buyers after the estimated delivery date, and I doubt that a buyer would pay the seller back after a closed refund claim.

Well I have zero expectations of ever receiving my orders. The seller is no longer an eBay member. I can’t contact them through eBay messaging and the original listing is “no longer available”.
I filed a dispute with PayPal but looks like I’ll have to dispute with CC as well.

Unfortunately that is becoming a common scam. How did you get the information where the items were actually delivered? And while we are on this subject you also have to check the return address of parcels from buyers. I had a buyer recently that opened a SNAD return claim. I knew she was lying but you can't win so I accepted the return of my item and had eBay issue the return shipping label. She waited until the last day to post the return. The next day I received notification it was delivered back to me. I knew it was impossible as I'm in CA and she was in Georgia. I checked the tracking and found that it was actually delivered to her zip code. I called eBay had them check the shipping address and the claim was closed in my favor. Perhaps it was a mis-delivery or error scan, but I never received my item back.

I filed a report with USPS on their website and received a call from my local post office the same day. They provided me with the delivery names and addresses of the packages (I thought that was a little weird, but it helped me out). He mentioned it might be a labeling mistake, but I think he was playing devil’s advocate.

I received a refund from Ebay for an item i purchased from China, that showed being delivered and never was.
The reason Ebay had for the refund was "We didn't receive valid tracking information from the seller."
The funny thing is that the item still shows that it was delivered to the US.
SpeedPAK is a huge scam.
