I’ve been reading it both ways here. Is there anyone here with experience confirming that the provisional scan obtained from the post office kiosk works to fulfill eBay’s on-time acceptance requirement? Is it the same as a scan sheet which, I understand, also generates a provisional scan yet counts as package acceptance by eBay? (I realize it is not regarded as proof of mailing for USPS claim purposes because the shipper could leave without actually depositing the package.)
