I WOULD HIGHLY SUGGEST YOU CHECK TO SEE IF YOU ARE LOSING FUNDS DUE TO SHIPPING.

I just checked my available funds told me i owed 15.28 for SHIPPING LABELS that were already purchased they tried giving me a run around for 15 minutes fought them and got refunded.

This is i am assuming due to this stupid update they are doing. So WATCH your funding!!!!!

As to the already purchased they tried charging me for shipping labels from May 10-May 15 and tried double charging me today for them

99% of the time is USPS everything is correct i actually add a little more weight when asked what the weight is just so everything is aok. If item is only 1 oz i go in for 3 oz costs me a little more then but i didnt think i was gonna get screwed with ebay charging the time of sale for label and then when its delivered

No, it doesn't. The current pricing structure for USPS First Class packages has prices in 4-ounce increments. The postage cost is the same for any weight up to 4 ounces.

These mostly were used with eBay standard envelope services as the were less then 3 ounces.

They claim they did not charge me and dont charge until the item is delievered.

BUT in my emails it states that i was billed now. When contact ebay support they tell mebits not charged until delievered. BUT the emails i receive from purchasing shippinglabels STATE that i was billed now. So YES they do double charge ive lost over $60 due to this issue and there is NOT a single thing they will do about it.

Is it possible you still have the mailing funds coming out of your paypal account and there is no money left in your paypal account any more? When you switched to Managed Payments, you had to manually change the charge for mailing to come out of your current payment, or it kept coming out of Paypal.
