Hi,
My return case was closed by eBay and seller has not refunded my money for the returned item. eBay does not provide any means for me to contact eBay.
Item had purchased was not new. I filed for a return. Eventually eBay sent me a return label. I returned the item and it was tracked that the item was delivered to the seller. eBay noted that I should be getting the refund in the next 24 hours.
Two weeks later, not having received any refund, eBay closes the case.
What can I do? How can I contact eBay?
