A buyer says I cant ship to them even though we live in the same state

We both live in Florida so I don't see why this is an issue. The two items are:

Also to add he wants to buy all 6 cards in the two listing. Is it because the shipping I'm using is for single cards?

I don't see a reason why you can't ship to this buyer, either. Is the prospect asking for Local Pickup instead?

If so, you need to add that option to the listings, to be on the safe side. Good luck.

Where is it telling the buyer you can't ship to him? I looked at the listings and it doesn't say anything about not shipping.  I'm in south Florida. It tells me the cost would be 73 cents. Now I didn't click on the buy now, so maybe that's it, maybe a glitch

Well, I think you've stumped the panel. What about if the buyer goes in and manually adds his/her 'Ship To' address... even if they're adding the same address??? Workarounds R Us, and all that jazz... 🤔

I'm going to try to put him on a buyer's exemption list and/or see if he can get me to send him an invoice. I'm still new to this ebay game learning new stuff everyday!

I put it in my cart and it showed you ship. If he's a new buyer he might have entered his address wrong. 

Or very possibly a glitch.

I think its the later. I checked on his address and it's legit. Apparently other people on ebay have had this issue in the past its a glitch.
