30 days after delivery or purchase

For a simple return (when the seller has a 30 day return policy), do I have 30 days from my purchase date, from my delivery date or from the original 'estimated delivery' date?

For returns, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to open a return request.If ebay does not have th date of delivery, then they consider the latest estimated delivery date they gave you to be the delivery date and you have 30 days from that date to open a return request.
