2/04/19 - Bulk SHIPPING LABEL printing stopped working for me (I have to print ONE LABEL AT A TIME )

Monday  04 Feb 2019 - Bulk printing of eBay shipping labels (and packing slips) suddenly stopped working for me (at a critical time) today.  (After I select, say, 10 orders for which I want to print labels, I get a blank screen when I click the SHIPPING tab (page appears to be loading or similar, but nothing ever loads).

Is anyone else having this problem?

Not today but I have had it happen in the past. Always on a Sunday or Monday when I have all my weekend packages to print out. So frustrating to have to go back and print one by one.

When it happens, try another browser.

If using the new bulk shipping flow from the Seller Hub Orders pages, you could try using the link to "go back to classic label printing" if it is visible on upper right of page to go back to the classic bulk label flow.

If the link isn't visible you can fix up the URL in the address bar to redirect you to the classic bulk page:

new bulk label flow URL format:
https://gslblui.ebay.com/gslblui/bulk?t=283227146573-1911899732018&t=273499861320-2067859596017#/

this modification to that format will redirect to the classic flow:
https://gslblui.ebay.com/gslblui/bulk/rampRedirection?to=classic&t=283227146573-1911899732018&t=273499861320-2067859596017

Basically, just replace the ? in the original URL with /rampRedirection?to=classic& and load that page.

Oh, dear -- I reverted to classic shipping and now I can see NOTHING on my manage orders page (I had already tried using different browsers before posting here).   I opened a ticket on not being able to print bulk labels from the new manage orders page last night.  I have now posted an urgent request to eBay staff (in one of the existing "request new orders page" threads) to please revert me to the "new" orders page even though I have a severe problem with it (at least I could see my orders there even if I couldn't print bulk labels).   Very spooky to not be able to see my 10-20 orders a day or to even be able to print one label at a time... I am doing my best to print out of Paypal, but one can't catch everything in there because Global Shipping orders show up as needing a label printed even when you've already shipped, etc.

A one-time redirection to classic label printing should not affect the SH orders page. Did you mean you opted out of the new orders page?

You could go oldschool and manage your orders and print labels from here temporarily:

Thanks so much, @berserkplanet . I agree that a one-time redirection to classic label printing SHOULDn'T revert to me the "old" orders page, but it has happened to me 3 times now 😕 (and each time I have had to go on to one of the "please revert me to the new orders page" threads on the Seller Hub board. I ended up on the old school page suggested, above, as a result of clicking on "revert to classic shipping," but NONE of my orders were there-- only blank pages.

In any event, I posted to Tyler@ebay on page 41 of this thread this morning https://community.ebay.com/t5/Seller-Hub/Opt-in-for-new-version-of-Orders-Page-on-Seller-Hub/td-p/27... and he replied to myself and a few others that he had reverted us to the new orders page and ALSO fixed our problem with blank pages coming up (when we tried to work with our orders). I will keep your suggested solutions, but I am glad to have dodged a bullet this time and I don't think I'll ever click on "revert to classic shipping experience" again unless I'm prepared to have my whole "manage orders" set-up go classic (and possibly blank) again !
