Why, when I have a 15 day handling time, am I being instructed to ship within one day?
The handling time on my listing is set at 15 days.
The "your order sold" email says "Please ship your item within one day to the US Shipping Center."

read your agreement with what ever shipping method, you are using for out of country shipping.

This is the shipping time on the listing I looked at (I am in Australia)

@donsdetour , it's through the eBay internal GSP program. I can't find anywhere that it states that it overrides the seller's handling time. I am assuming the automated email is giving me false information.
This is in the "best practices" section, but it does not state that it is a requirement (and I did not "specify either same business day or 1 business day handling time):
----------
Follow these best practices when using our Global Shipping Program to attract more international buyers, and to provide a great experience.
----------
This is what it says in the order details:
"Make sure you ship your order within the handling time you specified in the listing."
----------
I wish there was a "deadline to ship" stated somewhere other than the order confirmation email.

Hey! Thank you! I wasn't aware you could find that through the forum. Was that the walnut guitar hanger listing? I do have some in stock with one day handling time, but the walnut guitar hanger is a made to order product.
Thanks,
Chris

That listing definitely shows 15 days handling time so I wouldn't worry about the message.

The walnut hanger has a Sep 4 delivery time to the US.
The hanger you just sold has an Aug 19-21 delivery date to the US.
It appears handling time is 1 day in the sold listing and 15 days with the walnut hanger.

I see that 2 walnut hangers sold this morning. You can't see them in sold because there are multiples of the item still left but you can see that by going to the link the op provided and by clicking on the number of items sold.
The beechwood hanger in sold items sold on August 7...a week ago.
Are you seeing something different.

The screen shot says you can "specify either same day or 1 business day handling time". Looks like eBay specified 1 business day on your behalf.
