1 day processing clarification question

Does Ebay consider an order shipped as soon as the label is printed out or once it is scanned by USPS? Just wondering since I have a 1 day processing time and not sure if that means as long as I print the label by the next day after the item is purchased I am good to go.

A one day handling time means that the package needs to be scanned by the postal service the following business day by 11 59pm PDT. Just printing the label does not make it ‘on time’
