This has been going on for over a week. When I click the link to Subscriber Discounts, I get:
"Oops, we ran into a problem. Sorry about that—please try again later. If you keep getting this message, contact us by clicking Customer Support at the top of most eBay pages"
I've tried clearing my cache, and changing browsers. It's still there.
Customer Support doesn't have an answer for this, so I guess we just wait an undetermined amount of time for them to fix the website?

Same and I talked to 4 reps and they said it was a known issue they were working on.
