What does the li- mean in front of an ebay moderators name?

The ones with the LI preface are employees of LITHIUM the company that eBay contracted to moderate the boards. It distinguishes them from those staff posters who are eBay employees.

It lt stands for Lithium they work for the people who run this board, not ebay.

So why lithium was the name though? For a messages blog company? Maybe something more friendly and welcoming like "People's Democratic Republic Message Board"  or "The People's Message Board"  or maybe  "Frendly  Blog  Corps" ?   Lithium sounds like a mine company.
