Solution Check Mark question

Does anyone know WHY we see a green check mark for a Solution when the Solution is not ours?

Probably something in your Notification Settings. Maybe a combination of items you have checked, like if you are automatically subscribing to posts that you commented on.  I don't see those, but I don't subscribe to anything automatically.

As the previous poster suggested, you're seeing it for the same reason you're seeing the one above it, "bbhockey7 and 5 others replied to topic." You signed up for notifications concerning the thread.

Check your community profile for "My Settings/Subscriptions & Notifications/Notification Settings." It's probably one on that list.

@rebell45  Thank you,  I just UN checked the notifications box for Solutions to topics I subscribe to, I will see if that does anything.  However, prior to this latest rollout the only the only Check marks for Solutions were my Solutions.

I am still NOT automatically Subscribed to topics to topics I reply to ... but that is nothing new, that has been going on for a very very long time.  I reported it and the Support team had no answer.  Additionally, for Private group threads like the Managed Payments board and some others I can not see or open ANY new topics until someone replies with a post.  I reported this to both Sheila and Brian ... they were looking in to it ... 3-4 months ago LOL!

I have just learned to live with The Community working like it does for me ...
