Reading comments and interacting

Hello forgive me if I’ve already posted this in this forum. I am on an iPad and I have been trying to read the discussion boards and replying back to

other eBay peoples discussion. Every time I put my mouse or something over the little icon that shows where all the comments are say like there’s 20 it won’t let me open it up it’s almost like it’s locked and I can’t join and my doing something wrong thank you

I'm on a laptop, but with the recent re-work of the discussion boards came this change for me: You no longer hover over the notifications bell... you have to press it. See what that does.

So maybe I should try my laptop instead of my iPad .
