Hello doug@ebay. I'm hoping you can look into something that's been driving me nuts with PMs.
If you're on the main message page https://community.ebay.com/t5/notes/privatenotespage you can select messages then click on options to mark checked messages as read or new. Works as it should.
But things don't work as smoothly once you open a PM. When a PM is opened you should be able to click on options, mark that specific message as new while inside the message. That's how it worked on the old board format.
Instead, when you're inside a PM it gives you the options that you see on the main page which is to mark checked (selected) messages as new, read, etc... but since youre inside of a message it doesn't work. You then have to exit the message and go back to the mailbox then select the message and mark it as new.
I hope that makes sense. Let me know if it's unclear at all.
