As the title says. This has been going on for two or three days now. I have checked my notification settings and they are correct and I even unchecked and rechecked the appropriate settings, to no avail.
Still happening although there is some randomness to it. Just replied to a thread a minute ago and it is not in my subscription list. Yet there are others that have appeared in my subscription list since I first posted this yesterday.
