Post Not Indicating ebay Employee Has Responded To It

Hi Doug
Know it's the weekend ( Hope it is going/ went well)  but when you return on Monday can you look at why this is happening

With the shipping label mess  the boards are loaded with post about it & I am finding posts on Knowledge Base Where ebay responded to the posts but it isn't  indicating an ebay employee has responded.

Went into these posts to answer & add the link to announcements only to find out  someone from ebay posted already .
