Package sent to wrong address

 My package has been reported as delivered and yet I did not receive it. When checking the tracking info I’m told package was delivered and signed for only the address delivered to is not mine and the person who signed is a stranger. The city and zip are not even close  to mine and the shipping info on my order clearly shows my address. There is zero chance that I could have made this mistake.

There has been some problems with some shipping labels  lately.

USPS has been giving tracking numbers that already been used and shows delivered.

They are working on getting the packages delivered to the correct addresses.

It is quite possible, then you are a victim of the "fake tracking" scam.  You can get a good overview on your options and what NOT to do to get your money back.  None of them involve contacting your seller or contacting eBay via the regular Customer Service you get in a chat or call back.  Do Not FILE "Item not Received", you will lose.
