Login status sometimes missing from a poster's Profile page...?

Something I've noticed recently: if you go to a poster's Profile page here (i.e. by clicking on their posting ID here in the Community, not their eBay Feedback page), you will usually see their last date of login here, along with either a red dot or green dot to indicate whether they're currently logged in.

What does it signify when there is no Last Login Date (nor a red/green indicator) at all? I noticed that on a very frequent and recent poster who's suddenly been silent for the past few days, and I'm wondering whether that indicates either a suspension or a change of posting ID. It signifies that poster has gone into their settings to hide their online status. Click my profile - you should not see my login status (online/offline) or date last logged in.

Edit: Specifically, go to your Settings then Preferences then Privacy.

No, it's neither of those.

It means that the user has chosen not to show their online status which is in the Privacy settings for the community.
