How do I expand messages in this community chatroom?

Thanks...I got 2 messages here, but there's only one "best answer" button and only one Reply" button and only one "helpful" button.  How do I tell it which one I'm talking about?

When the Op of the post likes an answer they click the best answer window (only the OP can do that). If you are replying directly to the OP or someone in the string of messages, click the reply tab in their post. If just adding info to the posts in general click on the dialog box at very end of string.
