If you see horizontal lines by the eBay logo on the top left of the page then you need to zoom out your page view to make the text banner reappear @momdadsstash. Hit CTRL and - to zoom out until the menu reappears. If you prefer to keep your page view zoomed in then you can use the hidden menu to navigate (the horizontal lines).
Of if I'm misreading and you have the text menu but prefer the horizontal line menu, then zoom in your page view by hitting CTRL and + or use the view menu within your browser to change the zoom.
What page are you on, and what forum are you trying to reach?
If a page is not displaying correctly, some page format issues can be helped by holding down the shift key and refreshing the page to bypass the cached version of the page and get the latest data from eBay's server.
Menu options can sometimes be blocked from appearing by ad blockers.
It is also possible to follow different links to different pages. For instance, if you click on the Buying & Selling header at the top of the page, you will see all the various posts from all the forum categories under Buying & Selling on one page.
The top level community page does have all the posts from all the boards, but you should still see the category links at the top of the page.
