Current Community bugs we are tracking with Khoros

Khoros, our Community provider (formerly Lithium), regularly makes updates to the Community platform. These updates can range from enhancements to feature and security updates and more. Usually, these updates don’t cause issues, but sometimes these updates cause issues with our platform.

A recent update caused several issues Khoros is currently looking to resolve.

We are currently aware of and working on:

• Responses not showing properly in the Member to Member Support board
• Employee reply indicator not displaying
• "answered by" labels not showing
• Notifications issues

We’ll update as soon as we know more.

The answered by label is showing again, as is the employee reply indicator! That makes such a big difference... especially to see threads where the eBay team has replied.

Any updates, as it's been a while? 

The Notification Feed is still not working correctly and only some Notifications are seen (bell & history).  Many times a member will reply to my posts and I don't receive a Notification.

I just got a error message when trying to add screen shoots to a post. Something about the property could not be determined but forgot to take a screen shoot. It took several tries to add the pictures and I had to do them individually separate from my original post. For over 5 months there is also the error you get when posting or replying to a post that says there is a HTML error and askes you fix it. There is never a error and you have to click post multiple times till it goes through. When this happens at times your posting gets duplicated. 

Right now as I type I keep getting a error message saying unable to complete your request even though the only thing I am doing is typing and not using my mouse to click on anything.
