why when item sold does not appear in my emails anymore

When I sold an item it always showed in my emails and no longer does. Is there something I am suppose to do to make this happen. I lost a sale because of not checking my ebay itself a few days. HELP! Please.

Sold? It should still appear in your Seller Hub/Orders/Awaiting shipment. The only thing that comes to my email are offers.

I wouldn't rely on emails, I'd check your account every day.

Check your account settings (Communication Preferences) to make sure you still have sale notification emails turned on. Once you have done that check your registered email address to ensure it it correct.

Once you have done that, check your own email client and make sure you don't have any filters that might be sending the message to specific folder.

If you are using webmail (or even if not) check to see if your mail provider has turned on any spam filters that might be blocking eBay emails.

From time to time there are glitches with eBay emails, generally it only affects some messages and/or for only brief periods. If you are consistently not receiving notices of sales it's likely a problem at your end not a problem with eBay.

With your post, I checked my own Communication Preferences. I don't have 'Item Sold' (or many others) checked. 😏

Depending on emails is playing Russian Roulette..........any email can be lost for a number of reasons outside of ebay.  If you don't check ebay at least once a day for sales/messages/offers.....you shouldn't be trying to sell here.......

Email alerts are a convenience but should never be relied upon. 

There are dozens of servers, routers, spam filters, DNS services, service providers and networks between you and eBay and eBay has no control over most of them.
