why when i try to invoice a buyer, it only shows 40 of the 50 items purchased?

can not send correct invoice to buyer. why?? can not locate a phone number for ebay customer service

Invoice will only send out 40 items.
I had this to happen to me.

This is correct. You will have to create a separate invoice for the number over 40. eBay customer service is shut down to phone calls right now (Manila, Philippines is shut down), so you have to use the e-mail option they have set up in the interim.
