Read the section in red. You'll find your answer there.

Re: why can't sell?

The error states they Payoneer  will contact you to verify your status

Have they contacted you?

Re: why can't sell?

Unfortunately you are not compliant with Payoneer to sell?

Until that occurs, you will not be able to list items for sale.

(Is google translate down, again?  A daily thing now, yes?  So, frustrating, I imagine! )

Re: why can't sell?

I will say this, Sri Lankan members are always very polite.

To start:

You need to register as a business with your government so you are abiding by their regulations of not allowing individuals to accept foreign funds. You then register as a business with Payoneer and then eBay.

To succeed:

All new Sri Lankan sellers need to research everything they can about ALL area’s of eBay not just Selling

.

It is not just a matter of list, sell, send - you need to learn what to do when a customer wants to return an item, (and if the seller is drop shipping this can be a headache) and what to do if a customer claims an item is not received - again a drop shippers nightmare.

I have a read a number of posts where the new seller has no idea and is getting hit with negative feedback and unresolved cases being handled by eBay (which dings a sellers account) because they do not know the processes to avoid this.

Read, read, and read some more is the only way new sellers will survive the first month.
