what is the procedure to sell 5 of and item that you have only one listed for sale?

I have a five dollar item listed for sale. I say in the ad that I have 5 to sell. A buyer wants all five of the items. What is the procedure to do this?  The items are very small automotive adjusting nut.

I need to learn how to post a link to this item on my page?

That's often true, but it's also a sore subject for many buyers that depend on the photos and someone shows more than the price will cover.

Your picture is misleading.

 You need to have an accurate description to match the pictures and vice versa.
