I can't verify this, (I have no orders ready to go) but I thought PRIOR to acceptance at the Post Office, if you accessed your shipping labels from

Sellers Hub ----> Orders ----> Shipping Labels

as long as they were not "in transit" the void option was in the dropdown options....

If not, as long as you don't use it, it will be credited (eventually) I think

you can also do this

My Ebay to Seller Hub

'hover' over 'ORDERS'; drop down, click ALL

Click that order to the left and click 'print another label'

Across the top it will tell you 'you already printed a label- can see labels here'

Click that order, void.

You can void an unused eBay postage label up to 5 days after purchase. The option will show up even if the label has been scanned, but then the void will be declines.  If you miss the 5-day deadline then the void option just won't show up.

The void option doesn't show up for FedEx labels.  There's no need to void an unused FedEx label because they are billed to your account when they are scanned into the system.
