I have tried several times too put a video into my sales- it simply does not work. How about you ?

I have a video on at least one of my listings.

I just cut and pasted the link in my description and added...

"Please click here to see a video of this item".

I'm not sure how to do it so the video itself actually shows in the description.

Unless the item moves, dances, walks or talks, I don't use the video feature.  In my opinion it's lame and a waste of time & effort.  Again, just my opinion.  So many people come here complaining about the video feature and the fact that it isn't working for so many would make me avoid it completely.  JMO.  Thanks eBay.

@desert141702  There is supposed to be a waiting period before the video is approved for uploading, but I've read some reports that there is some kind of big delay. I had no problems uploading one to my store, so that piece of it is working.

I don't see an issue on the pinned thread on the tech board, though you might find something here. Or you can just give it a little time.

I see (seen?) some listings where there is a video screen right in the description itself?   Is that a thing of the past?

I think as long as it's hosted by a secure site it's OK, just that it would be more easily accessed in the image gallery.
